My landlord is trying to get me evicted because she is saying that my dog can't be a support animal because it is a Pit Bull.
My mom lives with me and I recently got in trouble for my dog not having a dog house. My mom also has 2 dogs outside with no dog house. Can I get in trouble for her dogs not having shelter?
I live with my sister and her husband, the house is mine and my mom's. We got cited by the city for having too many animals. They told us we had to get rid of the ones over the 2 animal/pet limit or we will get fined. Since I am one of the owners of the house, I will end up getting the ticket in my name. I can't evict them because my mom won't go along with it, even tho we are technically breaking the law because of them. The dogs they have have destroyed a lot of pieces of our personal belongings, but they refuse to compensate us. We've asked them to get rid of the extra animals months ago. How can I legally remove the extra animals myself? (Since they refuse to)
I have an emotional support German Shepherd who my landlord wants to evict. Is it legal for my landlord to evict my dog?
I had two days of long shifts and asked my Grandma to watch the dog for the day, and she re-homed him. The new owner got in a car accident and returned him. My Grandma didn't tell me this amd the dog began living with my Aunt. When I asked for him back my Aunt was beside herself, so I told her she could keep him only if she gave him back if need be.
