Get to Know Marty
Marty is currently living off campus with one of our dedicated foster families through our Foster Care Program. This experience helps animals like Marty build confidence and prepare for the loving forever home they deserve.
Marty came to us from one of our rescue partners in Louisiana. When he first arrived, he was extremely fearful, but he’s made incredible strides in his foster home with his sibling, Patsy. Although still a bit timid, Marty shows loyalty and affection toward his foster parents and is slowly becoming the dog he was meant to be. He’s looking for a home with experienced adopters who can offer patience, consistent obedience training, socialization, and confidence-building exercises. Marty would do well with another confident dog in the home to help him acclimate to his new surroundings. He’s a wonderful dog who’s ready to find a family of his own.
